+ how long have you been doing photography?

I have been doing photography full-time since 2018 and have shot nearly 80 weddings since then!

+ where are you located?

I am based in Mansfield, OH, right between Cleveland and Columbus--so I am available to both cities which is super fun. :)

+ what is your approach to photography?

My style is very relaxed, candid, and comfortable--I want you to feel like yourselves in photos! This means that I will help you out with some natural posing, but overall I like to keep it simple and fluid.

Couples who work with me are usually ones who want a wedding that is more focused on the people they love than the nitty-gritty details. I'm super laid back and flexible, and my goal is to make your day full of peace so that you can focus on what matters most. Your vision for your wedding is a top priority for me, because photography should fit your wedding, not the other way around.

+ do you travel?

I love to travel, and have gone to Texas, California, Oregon, Tennessee, New York, Virginia, and more states for weddings & photography projects! Let me know where your vision is and I'll be there!

+ how long does a photo session last?

Sessions can last anywhere from 1-2 hours. I like to block out two hours, simply because usually we take our time walking, talking, making outfit changes, and chasing the light (especially during golden hour shoots). For this reason, my session pricing is set with a flexible time frame. Particularly for newborn sessions, I like to make sure the timeline is super relaxed and no one feels hurried-babies can sense our stress hah!

+ how many photos do you provide?

For any kind of portrait session, I deliver a minimum of 60 images in the final gallery. Usually, this number is much higher than 60 since I am a little shutter-crazy and over deliver! :)

+ will I be able to download and print my photos?

Yes! All of my sessions include an online gallery where you can view, share, download at full resolution, and print your photos. I recommend printing through your preferred lab. If you're not sure where to get photos developed, I have compiled a list of some of my favorite printers that I send out after sessions.

+ what is the turnaround time for photos?

For portrait sessions, I typically deliver sneak peek images within a week after the shoot. The full gallery of images is delivered within 2-3 weeks after the session.

+ can I bring a pet to my session?

I love it when clients bring pets along to sessions! My only recommendation would be to make sure your pet is on a leash, especially since the locations are often public parks where other people are around.

+ are outfit changes allowed?

Absolutely! Having a couple of outfit options for your session allows for more variety in your final gallery of images. I recommend bringing a few different options with you that you can mix & match, including bringing different accessories (hats, earrings, etc.). Keep in mind that many locations do not have a public restroom/changing area, so you may have to change in your car. I do my best to make clients aware of this before their session as well!

+ what if the weather is bad?

At this point, I'm well accustomed to the ever-changing nature of specifically Ohio weather. Rescheduling is always an option if sessions get rained/snowed/tornadoed out! ;)

+ how many weddings have you shot?

I have been shooting weddings for 5 years and have done 80+ weddings during that time in multiple states! It's been a wild ride and a super fun time!

+ do you offer engagement sessions in wedding packages?

Yes! Engagement sessions are included in my wedding packages, and are also available à la carte with smaller wedding packages. I highly recommend doing an engagement session, since it gives us a chance to meet each other before the wedding. This leads to everyone being far more comfortable on the day of the wedding. My engagement sessions are 1-2 hours in length, and you’ll come out of it with 60+ digital images with print & download permissions. Contact me to get more package info!

+ how many photos are provided in wedding packages?

I deliver a miniumum of 600 images with each wedding package. The amount of photos may be much higher, depending on how long I am at the wedding, whether I have a second photographer or not, etc. Contact me to see full package info.

+ what is the turnaround time for wedding photos?

I typically deliver a sneak peek/preview gallery within the first two weeks after the wedding, and full wedding galleries are delivered within 6-8 weeks after the wedding.

+ how important is a second photographer?

No matter how hard I try, I can’t possibly be in two places at once. A second photographer provides added security for your wedding photos to be captured. Overall, the day can go much more smoothly and becomes more efficient when there is not just one, but two professional photographers present. While a second photographer is not a necessity, it is super helpful to have one present and offers you a larger opportunity for more candid, sweet memories!

+ do you take a deposit when I book?

Yep! If you’re ready to book, I’ll send over my contract for you to review and sign. At the time of signing, 20% of the total wedding package fee is due as a non-refundable deposit. The remainder is due ten days before the wedding. Payment plans are also available if you'd like to break up the payment over time.
